Returns Policy
ORVIWO LLC Return Instructions
Thank you for requesting a return with ORVIWO LLC. Now that you've received an email from us with your RMA number, please follow the steps below to complete your return successfully. If you have additional questions, please contact our Customer Service at 787-403-9165 or email returns@orviwo.com.
General Information
Your approved RMA number is valid for 10 business days.
When shipping items back to ORVIWO, shipping fees are your responsibility unless otherwise stated in your RMA application. Upon receiving your return, we will replace, exchange, or repair your product based on the instructions in your RMA.
We will return your product at our expense using the same shipping method you used.
We recommend insuring your return package, as ORVIWO LLC is not liable for lost or damaged merchandise during return shipping.
If your return qualifies for a refund, we will post the credit to your account within 24 hours from the time we receive the product at our distribution center.Packing Your ReturnTo ensure that your return is handled promptly and efficiently, please follow these packing steps:
Clearly note the RMA number on the shipping label of each box or write it on the shipping box (but not on the original manufacturer’s packaging).
Include all items that were part of the original shipment: the manufacturer's box, packing materials, accessories, manuals, and UPC barcodes.
If returning multiple packages, ensure that each box has the return address and RMA number clearly displayed.
Securely pack your return items to prevent damage during shipping. ORVIWO is not liable for items that are damaged during transit.

Returns for Repair
For items being returned for repair:
Package them in any sturdy box to protect against damage during shipping. Ensure the product is securely packed to prevent transit damage.
International ReturnsFor international shipments, all duty fees must be paid by the sender. We recommend using a trusted carrier such as UPS, FedEx, DHL for lightweight shipments, or AIT for heavyweight items, to ensure the package clears customs.Returning Printers or Devices with ConsumablesWhen returning a printer, fax machine, or copier, please remove all toner or ink cartridges to avoid spillage.
